DiningSix A/S (hereinafter called D6) handles all personal information in accordance with applicable personal data legislation. This personal data policy has been drawn up to meet the need for protection and proper processing of the personal data we receive.
What personal data do we collect and process?
D6 needs a number of personal data in order to cooperate with you and/or your company, maintain servicing of the customer relationship and market products and services. Certain information is also collected and processed as required by law in accordance with the Money Laundering and Accounting Act.
When you, as a guest, order and purchase one or more of D6's services and as part of this submit personal data to D6, the latter simultaneously gives their consent for the guest's personal data to be subsequently processed by D6.
The following personal data may be collected and processed when you choose to receive newsletters and articles from us - or when you buy gift cards, enter into agreements about reservations in the company's restaurants or buy catering for delivery to a company or private address:
